In the common area of each apartment	Bathroom, toilets, bathroom vanity, kitchen stove, water heater, refrigerator, kitchen-counter with sink, microwave oven, rice cooker, toaster oven, TV, table, chairs, laundry machine, laundry poles, wireless LAN router, etc. * Apartments in Bldg. No4 do not have TVs. Also, they have showers only.
In private area of each unit	Air conditioner, bookshelf, desk, chair, etc.
Note	Internet access using a wireless LAN router Each room in an apartment is Japanese style with tatami and has no bed.

It is a 5-minute walk from “Takayasu” Station on the Kintetsu Osaka Line. The neighborhood has supermarkets and convenience stores; it is very convenient.
Events, including a welcome party, are held almost every month.
